MultiCam Team
MultiCam employees bring a wide array of life and work experience to make our company a leader in CNC cutting solutions. Our dedicated personnel include experienced MultiCam users, former MultiCam owners, employees from competing CNC companies and many talented college graduates across every department.
Management
Ken Koelling, MultiCam’s original founder and president, now serves the company in an advisory capacity. Top management includes Kris Hanchette, president and general manager. He earned degrees in both electronics and robotics technology. At MultiCam since 1993, Kris has held various technical and management positions. John Harris, our director of sales and marketing since 2001, founded his own CNC router company in the early 1990s. The chief financial officer, Douglas Trinh, came to MultiCam from defense contractor Lockheed Martin in 2008.
Manufacturing
MultiCam hired Manufacturing Manager Russ Brann in 2000 after a career in the furniture manufacturing industry. Through his expertise and guidance, MultiCam manufacturing methods took a quantum leap in productivity and quality. The manufacturing department includes supervisory staff, assemblers, welders, machinists, programmers and warehouse personnel. With a combined experience base of over 100 years, the manufacture of MultiCam machines is unsurpassed.
Engineering and Tech Support
Tony McGrew joined MultiCam in 2001 and is now director of engineering and technical services. He has overseen all facets of machine operation and production from system design through quality control. Engineering Manager Richard Carey came on board in 2009. He has been involved in waterjet cutting technology since 1990. The engineering group that includes mechanical, electrical and software engineers and a technical writer is the backbone of the MultiCam line. This team has over 90 years of engineering expertise. Scott Weber joined MultiCam in 2009 and is now technical support manager. His waterjet experience dates back to 2000. Dale Hildebrand, the parts coordinator/consultant, joined MultiCam in 2002. The Technical Support Department also includes knowledgeable application specialists. In addition to training technical personnel at over 70 Technology Centers around the world, they answer these satellite offices' questions in a timely manner. So wherever a MultiCam machine is located, local personnel have the tools and training necessary to support the installation.
Customer Service
John Harris, director of sales and marketing, oversees the Customer Service Department and component shipping. Becky Mullis, the customer service manager since 2010, relocated from MultiCam Florida where she was office manager.
Quality Control
Some of our Quality Control personnel have been with MultiCam since 1983. This stability ensures that MultiCam machine quality is not an afterthought but an integral part of the overall production process.
Government Sales
Ken Rock came on board in 2004 and has been involved with CAD/CAM software and machines since 1984. His solicitation submissions are thorough, detailed and exceed expected requirements.
