MultiCam’s 3000 NB (Nested Based) router is designed specifically for cabinet makers and other woodworking companies requiring a multi-tool CNC routing and drilling system that is both heavy-duty and economical. The fixed table, moving gantry design allows machining of full size panels while maintaining a small, space-saving footprint. The machine features an all-steel, heavy plate frame base, 25mm linear bearings, custom engineered steel castings supporting the gantry and brushless digital AC servo drives. The gantry itself is made of heavy structural steel tubing and is designed with an extra-wide bearing spread to support the router spindle and drill assembly during high-speed machine movement. A wide range of standard table sizes are available and an 11 HP, automatic tool change, 100% duty-cycle spindle is standard. All 3000 NB series machines also come standard with the MultiCam EZ Control System and are fully compatible with all of the popular cabinet software packages.

Multifunction Drill Unit
MultiCam’s optional multifunction drill unit can be included with any 3000, 5000 or 7000 series machine. When you order this option, an extended gantry will automatically be included to insure full table coverage of all tools. The multifunction drill unit features

- 3 double sided horizontal drill for processing in both the X and Y axes
- 90 degree indexing
- 120mm diameter scoring saw.
MultiCam EZ Control
