Job Previewer

The MultiCam job previewer allows the user to preview the job before it is sent to the cutting system. This is an excellent way for the user to verify the M and G code or HPGL code before the file is cut. The preview will simulate the machine code and display a graphic representation to the user.

To assist with job optimization the user can display the machine slew moves to verify the efficiency of the file. The program will also count the number of slew moves, arcs, and lines in a cut file.

Job Preview can also be used to produce shop floor work orders. Use the printed work orders to communicate with your operators and provide special instructions. The work order contains a graphical representation of the cut file, tool specifications, material descriptions, and user notes . If the optional Bar-code Scanning Interface is purchased, this function will take your shop floor management to the next level, all the user has to do is scan the bar code on the bottom of the work order at the machine. DNC will automatically access the correct job and start.

Job Previewer is a simple to use true 32 bit program that operates under Windows 98se, NT, Win2000, or Win XP. Job Previewer is included at no additional charge with all new MultiCam purchases.
