MultiCam DNC

The MultiCam DNC software is one of the best productivity tools available. The operator needs no PC experience to run the machine. Jobs of unlimited size can be downloaded and executed. The DNC program runs in the back ground of Windows and tracks which jobs have been executed, time of execution, and productive use of the routing system. The operator has access to an unlimited number of jobs directly from the routing systems keypad interface. The computer can still be used for other tasks including design.

The MultiCam connects to the PC using an Ethernet connection via TCP/IP. With DNC there is no need to have the PC next to the machine. It is not uncommon for customers to have the MultiCam hundreds of feet from the PC. This allows for the machine to be in shop and the computer to be place in a climate-controlled office.

• The DNC interface is fully configurable.
• DNC can be configured to work with a single computer or to access directories on any network drive that can be accessed from Windows.
• Up to 16 MultiCam CNC machines can be configured to operate off of a single PC running windows 2000.
• Files are stored in standard windows folders. The machine operator can browse those folders at the machine.
• Download both M & G Code and HPGL files directly.
• Add the Bar-code Scanning option and simplify the process even more.

DNC is a simple to use true 32 bit program that operates under Windows 98se, NT, Win2000, or Win XP. DNC is included at no additional charge with all new MultiCam purchases.
