Skarie, Inc. Aquires Damon Automation Forms MultiCam East
Dallas, Texas - March 18, 2010
Long time MultiCam distributor Skarie, Inc. has acquired the assets of Damon Automation and will form the new organization MultiCam East, which will be taking over responsibility for the New England, New York/New Jersey and Mid-Atlantic territories. MultiCam East will soon be adding a new facility to service the greater NYC marketplace, the existing technology center in New Hampshire will continue to service the New England territory, and the Baltimore Tech Center will reach out to Pennsylvania and the balance of the territory down through Virginia. The Springfest 2010 Open House at the Tech Center previously run by Damon Automation has provided an excellent opportunity for this transition with 25 separate companies and over 50 people in attendance.
