Taking innovation to the next level, this system is a powerful, versatile, and affordable choice, delivering high-speed production with knife cutting speeds up to 4,000 inches per minute (IPM). This multi-purpose cutter/router is specifically designed to meet the ever-growing needs of the signage, display, and packaging industries.
Built with a durable U.S. steel frame which is stress relieved and precisely machined to significantly reduce vibration. This gives the operator tight control for precise knife cutting and routing at maximum speeds.
Whether your application requires just knife cutting, or a variety of applications requiring knife, oscillating, and routing, the configurable tool carriage allows you to select the perfect combination of tools to meet your application specifics.
The Celero 4 Series comes standard with a 5.1HP vacuum blower with four pneumatically controlled vacuum zones, providing minimal noise levels of between 60dB – 75dB.
The Celero 4 Series features a 3HP, 24,000 RPM spindle which allows for a wide range of routing applications. Whether routing acrylic, dibond or any other dense substrates, you will experience quality cuts part after part.
The Celero 4322 now offers a NEW 4HP Spindle with Automatic Router Bit Changer that holds up to 5 different bits. The Router Bit Changer allows for unattended operation for most routing applications and is the perfect compliment to the Celero’s Standard Automatic Knife Changer.
MultiVision provides end-users additional flexibility as the camera system is able to visually recognize media registration marks and automatically compensate for skew and/or image drift.
An industry first linear knife tool changer allows you to automate your knife changing and eliminate costly errors of manual operations. The Celero 4322 comes standard with five automatic knife tool locations.
The optional Auto Router Bit Changer come a 4hp spindle upgrade, and the ability to load 5 different router bits to be changed with no operator intervention. For jobs requiring multiple router bits, like 3D Engraving of Acrylic, Celero’s Auto Router Changing will increase productivity and increase unattended operation..
The Celero 4 Series comes equipped with a conveyor capable of handling up to 10’ flexible media and has the width to handle oversized substrates up to 10’ x 6.6”. It can be used for cutting single pieces or multiple runs for applications like banners, labels, packaging, or textiles.
The Celero 4 Series comes standard with a robust drive motor system with servo drives to allow for powerful fluid motion.
